歐萊斯MPL系列油墨
特性：
MPL-A系列油墨是一款不需添加固化劑，不需烘烤的單組份高性能金屬油墨，平光，慢干，具有良好的耐麻磨性，耐酒精。而且該油墨對各種漆面都具有相當好的附著力。
適用范圍：
鋁，鐵，不銹鋼等金屬制品，電木，曬鋼，PU漆面以及各種漆面
使用：
1.該系列油墨需自然揮發干燥，24小時實干，100攝氏度烘烤10分鐘干燥
2.使用前請將油墨充分攪拌均勻,以防止油墨中添加的特效助劑可能產生分離現象
3.印刷前有必要可首先考慮除去印材表面的油漬及塵埃
4.請根據作業實際環境條件合理選取本公司之快、中、慢三種類型中的某種稀釋劑
5.請根據希望印刷的實際效果，正確選取恰當網版：40T-140T
 
使用說明

2、膠 刮：建議使用70-85度聚氨酯膠刮
3、參考用量：300目網板印刷約為30㎡/㎏
4、選用溶劑：請選用我司配套的固化劑，因印刷環境溫度、通用量及印刷圖案大小不同進行適當選擇
5、網板清洗：選用有機溶劑清洗（如：洗網水）
